Walking For Health
Walking For Health is a Cambridge-based walking group that is designed to get the local community on their feet!
WHERE: Abbey Complex
WHEN: Most Sundays, at 10.45am for an 11am start.
WHO: Walks are inclusive of all ages, but under 16s are to be accompanied by an adult and remain the adult's responsibility.
DURATION: 45-60 minutes
A different route is set each week, whatever the weather: come prepared!
Here are the new dates from January to April 2019.
31st Mother's Day and clocks forward. No walk, but a well-deserved lie-in for everyone who wants one!
21st Easter Sunday, no walk
For more information on the group: Coldham's Common Facebook page for anyone who uses it: https://www.facebook.com/CambsWalkForHealth/.
If there is any change of plan due to illness, accident, or extremely bad weather we will do my best to email you and post to Facebook on the day between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. to give you all plenty of notice.
If you want to ring or text to check, Simone's mobile is: 07460199912.
There is no need to contact Simone/Jane if you are coming to any of the walks, but feel free to get in contact if desired.
If walks are cancelled for any reason: Simone will email and post to Facebook too.
