Walking Football

Cambridge United offers a wealth of programmes and events for older people in Cambridge - one of which is a weekly coached football session. Walking football is for men and women of all ages and abilities. Anyone looking to exercise in a relaxed, supportive and friendly environment should consider it.

Cambridge United run two sessions:

1) Cherry Hinton Village Leisure Centre. These sessions are held weekly on Thursdays from 11.15am-12.15pm and cost £5 including lunch.

2) Cambridge United Community Trust have teamed up with Let's Get Moving Cambridgeshire to offer Walking Football at the Fulbourn MUGA in Cambridge. This is beginning Monday 15th January 5-6pm with the first session free of charge, followed by £3 per session.

Alongside the Cambridge United Community Trust Seniors' Lunch, walking football helps the whole community stay involved with Cambridge United - and stay healthy.
