Let's Get Running Cambridge

Do you want to get running in 2018 but don't know where to start?

Running in a group can make getting started and keeping motivated so much easier, especially when you are just starting your running journey.

Whether you are returning to running after a break or injury or have never run in your life but fancy giving it a go, you'd be welcome to come and join our FREE, welcoming and open running sessions.

These sessions are organised and facilitated by Cambridge City Council's Active Lifestyles Team and supported by Cambridge United Community Trust.

When: Mondays 10.30am, Coldham's Common
Starts Monday 15th January 2018
Meeting Place: Cambridge United Football Club Shop, Abbey Stadium, Newmarket Road, CB5 8LN

This run is suitable for anyone who has done a bit of running already and would like to join a supportive and welcoming group to keep them going and support them to progress further This group runs alongside the absolute beginners couch to 5k programme so if you're not sure which group you're best suited for don't worry!
